DeepBlue collaborated with Associate Professor Michael Whelan and Autism Queensland's Studio G program to present Super Conductor and the Big Game Orchestra. This project linked young people on the autism spectrum with creative artists in the fields of music, 3-D animation, film making and sound design to create an immersive new work that was premiered at the Queensland Music Festival 2017.

DeepBlue worked with digital artists from Studio G to create a fantasy narrative within a 3-D environment, which was accompanied with live orchestral accompaniment performed by DeepBlue. Members of the audience were invited on stage to play the game which was projected as part of the show’s visuals. DeepBlue responded with music in real time according to how the characters in the game were doing.
